Friday August 6, 2010 - Williams Grove Speedway    
 
Friday was a regular handicapped show at Williams Grove.  Doug finished fourth in his heat, which transferred him to the top twelve starting spots for the feature.  Doug started fourth for the feature and started the race on the top side.  Only a handful of laps into the race, he pushed it a little too hard going into turn one and put his right rear in some loose dust.  This sent Doug on a slow spin that left him sitting against the outside fence in one and two with the rest of the field heading his way.  One competitor reacted to the halted car and began flipping along the outside guardrail and landed directly on top of Doug's orange #14.  After a very lengthy red flag period to clean up the peculiar accident, the car was towed back to the pits and Doug was done for the night.
 
Look for the Dietz Motorsports team to be in action at Williams Grove Speedway this Friday night, as well as Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway.
